The project was undertaken as 2 Separable Portions: 1) Establish a 10 Lot Industrial Subdivision, 2) Ben Lane Upgrade within TMR Controlled Road Corridor.
SP1: Earthworks and Roadworks, Stormwater (including supply and install stormwater drainage and outlet dissipator), Water Reticulation (including excavate and install water mains and connect to existing water), Sewerage Reticulation (including excavate and install sewer and manholes).
SP2: Removal of existing kerb and drain and replace with new, install street furniture, concrete outlet drain, linemarking, excavate and install water mains, connect to existing.
