Clear and grub works areas, with off-site disposal of vegetation and existing chute material. Excavate existing cover soils and pavement materials. Locate and modify existing leachate interception trench to suit stormwater chute upgrade. Excavate anchor trench area. Reshape and prepare stormwater chute and contour drain inlet subgrades. Supply, place and compact clay rich fill within anchor trench area. Install a coated geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) along the entire drop structure footprint. Supply and place riprap into rock filled wire mattresses along the base and sides. Construction of dissipation basin.
