Construction of the new fully turfed stormwater detention basin involved removal from site of approx. 120,000T of material which in turn provides additional retention for approx. 65,000kl of stormwater, significantly improving flood conditions in the area. Facility delivered as part of the project were new playground equipment, static exercise equipment, sheltered table/bench areas and new electric BBQ.
