Located 60km south of the Burdekin Shire at the outlet of Molongle Creek, the project was to allow dredged materials from the Molongle Creek to be rehandled through the four purification ponds, removing sediment and releasing clean water back into Molongle Creek
Clearing of vegetation to the 42Ha site, which was burnt to remove the presence of pest weds. Approx 150,000m3 of earthworks materials was cut from site and placed as fill.
