With a damp start in March, Mendi has successfully delivered over 40,000 tonnes of gravel material across 8 rural roads within the Charters Towers region.
 
The project also involved Mendi setting up a mobile crushing and screening plant at approved borrow pits.
 
Thanks to the generosity of a local station owner, our team set up a reliable base camp on their property which meant travel time was minimised and productivity increased.
 
As the project nears completion, all crews should take pride in their hard work and adaptability to adapt to camp life.
