Sod Turning Ceremony

Mendi were honored to be a part of the ground blessing and sod turning ceremony for the future Mark Help of Christian’s Catholic College, Shaw.

Using the bowl of blest water and gum leaf branch, Bishop Tim proceeded to sprinkle the soil, icon, symbols and all present.
 
Mendi Project Manager, Josh Thorsen took the opportunity to present to Mardi Grubba (School Principal) and Jacqui Francis (Executive Director, Townsville Catholic Education) a birds-eye picture of the completed intersection works for St Benedict’s School.​
