Completion of bulk filling, back fill, infrastructure services and conduits, kerbs, gutters. Over 180,000T of fill imported and 20,000T of contaminated material removed. Roadworks and intersection upgrades external to the site. Re-routing existing 300mm watermain. Preparation and levelling field of play.
