The project consisted of 59 serviced lots, including retaining wall, roadways, services and stormwater drainage.
- Sort, move and place fill of 100,000m3.
- Open channel drain-way.
- Bio-retention basins.
- Utilisation of site rock from existing stockpile for protection measures and manufacture of products including 750m of insitu stablisation of road pavements.
